One Philosophy, Two Sites
The Mann Family Early Childhood Center located at our Westside Irmas Campus and the Erika J. Glazer Early Childhood Center located at our historic downtown campus—both NAEYC accredited—build strong bodies, minds and spirits.
Our teachers and administrators work with parents to create a learning and nurturing environment incorporating the Reggio Emilia and Montessori philosophies. The Early Childhood Centers of Wilshire Boulevard Temple create an atmosphere where mutual respect can be found among the children, teachers and parents and recognizes those children as being competent individuals.
Our Mission
Wilshire Boulevard Temple Early Childhood Centers are nurturing environments offering Jewish values and education to young children and their families. We are a place where adults and children thrive in an atmosphere of friendship, curiosity, self-esteem, Jewish identity, joy and respect. Ours is a family where the talents and needs of all are fully recognized.
The Early Childhood Centers gratefully acknowledge The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and The Jim Joseph Foundation for their support. We are proud recipients of a Jim Joseph Foundation grant.
"Wilshire Boulevard Temple has been so much more than just a nursery school for my children. It is a family, a community and a place where my entire family takes an active role in our children's Jewish education." - Carly, a Nursery School parent
