Soul Sounds Shabbat has been a smashing success from its inception in 2004. Employing a new approach to the worship experience, Soul Sounds opens participation opportunities for contemporary worshippers thru musical presentation and congregational singing. Keyboard, percussion, electric guitars, violin and cello fill the chapel with a rich, vibrant resonance—all blending with Cantor Gurney to create what is now the Soul Sounds trademark. This is a worship experience for all ages. See you there with your Shabbat picnic dinner—we provide the sweet treats! Services begin every Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Temple Campus and at the Audrey and Sydney Irmas Campus throughout the year.
