Men of Wilshire
The Men of Wilshire is a group dedicated to connecting and engaging our men in Temple life. We foster a sense of belonging, friendship, lifelong learning and fun.
Post Super Bowl Tailgate
Gather fellow football fans and non-fans for an evening of tailgate games, good food, good drinks and great people. Relive Super Bowl Sunday into a day of bonding with other men in our congregation.
Ten Plagues of the Jewish Man
A Pesach seder from a man’s perspective. This unique seder is an opportunity to explore the story of Exodus in ways relevant to the lives of men—tackling challenging issues related to family, health, career and relationships. Delicious food and a great time.
Hear an engaging speaker on the current political climate in Israel, while enjoying a hearty breakfast. Enhance your knowledge of Israeli politics and share a meal with friends.
Come volunteer with the other Men of Wilshire—and 50,000 fellow Angelenos—as we do our part to make a difference in the life of our city, by providing essential services to those in need in Los Angeles and beyond.
Men of Wilshire Softball
Jan 27 and every Sunday through June
We are fielding two teams this year in different skill-level divisions. Come play against other synagogues throughout LA. Each Sunday prior to January 27 we will be gathering as Temple members to wipe of the dust and stretch our muscles to get ready for the season. For more information write to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join our first annual cornhole league and tournament, once a month from January to June. Come play this very popular game as we raise money for our Wilshire Boulevard Temple Food Pantries. For more information write to: email@example.com.
