Ozrim Job Program

Deepen your Jewish education, develop leadership skills and become an educator by applying to be an ozer/ozeret (teaching assistant).

Our enhanced OZRIM Job Program is uniquely designed for eighth through twelfth graders to take on leadership roles in our community while experiencing transformative personal growth. This paid job program includes an educator training and leadership development seminar in conjunction with the opportunity to work alongside one of our talented educators each week at the Religious School/Center for Learning and Engagement.

OZRIM will further explore your connection with Jewish texts, traditions and values while you serve as a positive Jewish role model for our younger participants.

Note: You must be enrolled in one of the other high school programs in order to be
offered a position on the Ozrim staff.

Please contact Jessica (jfurie@wbtla.org) or the Religious School office (213) 388-2401 x8905 for additional information and an application.
