Special Film Screening: The Ritchie Boys

The riveting untold story of a group of Jewish boys who fled from Germany in the 1930's, joined the U.S. army and volunteered to be trained to infiltrate and fight the Nazis in their former homeland.

Hygiene Kits for the Karsh Center
2:00 - 4:30 p.m., Brawerman Elementary Play Yard
Participate in the assembly of hygiene kits for the Karsh Center and its collaborator organizations. With your help, our congregation will make 1000 kits for our neighbors who are unhoused.
Meditation and Art at the Wallis Annenberg GenSpace
2:15 p.m. - 3:45 p.m., Audrey Irmas Pavilion, Second Floor
Come up for a quick tour or join the staff of GenSpace for a 15 minute meditation class or participate in a community art project. Classes will take place at 2:15, 2:45 and 3:15 pm.
Personal Prayer at the Open Ark
2:00 - 4:30 p.m., Audrey Irmas Pavilion, Second Floor Chapel
Take some time to pray or peacefully meditate before the Open Ark in this beautiful, calm, silent space. Take home a yahrzeit candle to light for your loved ones.
Self-Guided Tour of the Karsh Center

If you've never been to the Karsh Family Social Service Center, or it's been a few years since you've visited, please stop by on Yom Kippur afternoon and see where we host three weekly food distributions, dental and vision services, ESL classes, and so much more.
