High Holy Days Help

Tickets are being issued digitally from Simpletix and will be sent to members in good standing by email starting the week of September 16th. Each family member will receive one ticket that will be valid for all High Holy Day services at the Glazer Campus. Additional tickets for individual services at our Glazer Campus, and Second Day Rosh Hashanah services at Resnick Campus and Irmas Campus may be purchased at wbtla.org/hhdtickets. If you are presenting your tickets digitally, we encourage you to add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

To receive your High Holy Days tickets, information, and alerts we need to have your current email address. If you receive our emails, no update is necessary. But if you do not, please be sure to provide us with your preferred email. Please contact the Temple main line at (213) 388-2401.

If you do not have access to an email address, please let us know and we will provide physical tickets to you.  We ask that you contact us at least 2 weeks prior to Erev Rosh Hashanah to give us ample time to mail you printed tickets. 

At the Glazer Campus, one service is open seating and one service is
Reserved (for those who have assigned seats associated with their
synagogue membership or who have purchased Reserved seats).

Services at the Resnick Family Campus are available to legacy members
of University Synagogue with remaining tickets available to Temple
members until capacity is reached. 

Second Day Rosh Hashanah services are at Resnick Campus and Irmas Campus.

If you are University Legacy member in good standing, you may attend Resnick Family Campus services by filling out the form emailed to you.

If you are a Wilshire Boulevard Temple member and are not a University Legacy member, there will be a registration process for requesting to attend services at the Resnick Campus.

Resnick Campus services are not available for purchase for non-Temple members.

Due to limited onsite parking on our campuses, we strongly encourage ridesharing and have designated drop off zones.

Glazer Campus

• Parking Garage (Hobart and 6th Street): Only for parking pass holders and those who have handicap placards.
• Nearby Parking Lots: Please note we do not have any special arrangements for validations.
• Rideshare: We have a designated drop off and pick up point on Hobart between Wilshire and 6th Street.

Resnick Campus

• Resnick Family Campus Parking: Available to those who have a state issued disabled person placard or license as space allows.
• Nearby Parking Lots: We have limited parking spaces available at nearby parking lots.
• Street parking: Please pay attention to any posted signs.
• Rideshare: We have a designated drop off and pick up point at Brentwood Sunshine Preschool located adjacent to the campus.

Several entrances will be available on each campus.

Glazer Campus

• Main Sanctuary Entrance - Wilshire Boulevard: Entry only for main sanctuary services. Will call for all tickets is located just inside the right side door.
• Hobart Street: For rideshare drop-off/pick-up. You can also get to the services in the Piness Auditorium and the services in the sanctuary.
• Audrey Irmas Pavilion - Wilshire Boulevard Gate: This gate is reserved for Handicapped access only.
• Parking Garage (Hobart and 6th Street): Parking pass holders and those who have handicap placards can park in the garage will be able to access all service locations.

Resnick Campus

• Saltair Avenue - Security Booth: Entry for pedestrians and vehicles. Will call for all tickets is adjacent to the security booth.
• Sunshine Preschool: For rideshare drop-off/pick-up. The driveway entrance is the immediately East of the Sunset Boulevard pedestrian gate.
• Sunset Boulevard - Gate: Entry for ticketed pedestrians only.

In case you and your guests can not enter together, you can log in to Simpletix using your e-mail address, select My Ticket and select Transfer This Ticket. To download the app for Android, click here and to download for your Iphone, click here. 

For those who are unable to join us in person, we will be streaming our main sanctuary services at Glazer Campus and Resnick Campus live. They will be available for replay at any time during the day on this page.

We will not be offering childcare this year. Young children may attend the adult service but if they become disruptive we ask that you take them to the ECC Library where we will offer live-streaming from the Sanctuary. If you are attending with another adult, you can choose to alternate sitting in the Sanctuary and watching from the Library with your child(ren).
