A Special Shabbat: Celebrating our Furry Friends

Our services on October 23 were packed with special moments and inspiring messages. In honor of Parshat Noach on Friday night, Rabbi Nanus and Cantor Gurney celebrated animals and vividly explained their importance in Judaism. 

Rabbi Nanus offered a special blessing for animals, followed by our WBT families and their pets to a soothing rendition of The Carpenters' 1971 song "Bless the Beasts and the Children," sung by Cantor Gurney.
