Wilshire Boulevard Temple is committed to your health and safety. We also embrace the responsibility we all have to protect the health of our broader community. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has reiterated again its plea to all of us to do our part to end this pandemic and emphasized that the single best way to do that is to get vaccinated. We are able to meet together on campus currently because so many of us have taken our own health and civic responsibility seriously by becoming fully vaccinated.
In keeping with our Jewish commitment to protect and cherish life, we have instituted a policy requiring all individuals (with very limited exemptions) who are eligible to be vaccinated in order to enter any of the Temple’s campuses. To facilitate efficient entrance to our campuses we have created an easy way to upload a valid proof of vaccination. Once your vaccine card is reviewed and your file is updated, we delete your card and do not keep it in our records. If you have not already done so and plan to visit one of our campuses, please upload your vaccine information on this form. Even with this system, we recommend that you keep your proof of vaccination with you in case Safety and Security needs to verify your vaccination status upon entering the campus.
