• Fruit and/or berries
• Softened butter
• Brown Sugar
• Old Fashioned Oats
1. Rub together equal amounts* of softened butter, brown sugar, old fashioned (not instant) oats and flour till crumbly.
2. Lightly pat this topping over cut up fruit and or berries that have been tossed with a little cornstarch.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until browned and bubbly.
*Topping can be multiplied ad infinitum and frozen. When needed, chop up frozen topping and proceed per steps 2 and 3.
